Board Members

Cindra Zugel, President
Educated in psychology (infant and child development). A portion of her work included working with drug addicted babies, failing to thrive because of abuse and neglect, and bonding issues.

 
 
 
 
 
Valicia Zugel

Graduated from University of Washington in 2003, majoring in political science and minored in communications. She has her real estate license in the Seattle area with her husband. She and her husband are also small business owners in the community. Valicia works extensively with mentoring children.

 
 
Julie Close

Graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in 2007. She presently works for Washington County government and has for over 5 years in the aviation field. She has also previously worked for a local childcare center as a caregiver, an educator for a large muesum in Seattle, and in other capacities for other school age programs for the past 10 years.
 
 
Norbert Massay

Citizen of Tanzania. He works for the NGO in Tanzania in helping with aid and security for vulnerable children. He is an asset to his country.

Kyle Hence

Photographer, Director and Writer for documentaries. He also does freelance journalistic writing. Kyle has produced, directed, written and photographed his own documentary that has now been circulated throughout the United States and abroad.
